I bought the Campaign Elite pass, and expected to receive the 100 VIP points as advertised. I did not receive any VIP points for the purchase.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Can’t repeat the purchase, but another person in my guild reported the same issue.

Elite pass is only purchasable once, so unclear whether it is happening for everyone.
