Why do we have to submit a report/ticket almost every week for not getting the reward?
This should be automatic.. no need reporting.
I submitted a ticket for missing the reward and still not getting it, why?
Why then the hustle and the grind?
Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

You will still need to submit a ticket.
The fix is excepted in 8.9

If it came through outside of business hours, then someone will reply as soon as possible once back to work. There is no need to submit two tickets.
