I just started playing and I am level 30 and I unlocked the hero classes and nothing of them are showing up and I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game and it’s still not working Don’t know what else to do or how to fix this I am playing this on my phone and I thought it was my phone that it messed up on so I downloaded it on my tablet and it’s still doing the same thing anyone else have the same issue
Every kingdom is accompanied by a different hero class.
You have to do a few steps beforehand to unlock any of those hero classes.
First of all, you have to finish the story line (called quest) for each kingdom to unlock its hero class.
After that, you have to play a handful of matches gain access to said hero class.
And one more step, go to your collection and choose any team slot. Click on weapons to pick any weapon which suits your team and then on Classes and pick the one you already unlocked.

@Marshmelloman2025 as Tatz has shared, it does sound like you have yet to unlock the Hero classes themselves.
If you have completed the Hero Class quest for a Kingdom, and it’s not appearing in your Collection > Classes screen, let us know
