Mechanist Class/ Sparkgrinder bug

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
Mechanist perk “Power Armor” does show your hero as a construct, but does not gain double attack and double armor when sparkgrinder performs his skill.

Device: iPhone 6 with all latest patches.

Currently, all hero class perks do not work for troops that change their ability based on troop type. I forget if they mentioned if it will be fixed in 2.0 or not.

So anyone going to run a sparkgrinder with mech class?

Thanks! Only been hooked on GoW for only a month or so and first time on the forums. I figured this was a known bug, but thought to post it anyways.

Strictly speaking, this isn’t a bug. The perks say ‘This hero counts as a (thing) for Team Bonuses.’ Not for any other purpose.

That being said, it definitely should just be for everything.

Ahhh I must’ve missed that. That makes me sad.

Main problem is bad color coverage. Secondary is bad traits.

it has a great mana maker though in carnex.

machinist is supposed to get a different 3rd trait… i read it wasn’t supposed to be released yet but it was done because of “spring imp” issues :smiley: the 3rd trait isn’t available in 1.9 but is in 2.0 :smiley:
