I don’t recall seeing anything in the game informing the player about Gnome-A-Palooza and how to get one.
Could Luther appear at an appropriate time, perhaps when all four verses have first been obtained, and let the player know the purpose of those verses?

If this would have happened before March, none in our guild would know that they should go to soulforge and create a palooza. Nowdays few of us visit the forum, but I do believe there are many guilds wondering what to do with verses. Many times the in game info is scarce or not there at all…
