Better not collect any more or it will rollover to -255!
Signed byte goes from -128 to 127, so it would have rolled over long ago. Unsigned byte goes from 0 to 255, and cannot represent negative, so it can’t roll over, it will overflow instead. 2-byte or bigger integer will have ways to go. Just what is the size of your variable?
