Max amount of diamonds that can get collected in one week?

I would really like to craft Ubastet this week. Currently at like 3200 diamonds. With buying the $5 and gem bounty each day, as well as my guild tasks, is it possible to craft him by reset?

I also forgot to include this. This is what you get if you do all the Guardian Statues.

Additionally, with 3000 Shards from the Guild, you can craft 30 additional Diamonds.
