Arena rewards adjustment suggestion

I put it in feature requests, since I wasn’t sure what else to tag it with (if it should be somewhere else, just move it there, thanks). First of all, I assume @Sirrian has access to actual stats on how often arena is played and a spread of lvls of the people who actually play it - my personal guess, it’s mostly low level people (or very bored ones, like me ).
