When is the Lovers Card available?

The Lovers troop is already and only available as a random drop from Cedric when fighting battles in The Vault.
The chance to receive that troop, however, is diminished by the more likely chance to get yet another Cedric and will continue to decrease as each new tarot card becomes available.

Yeah, it’s been available for a while (even I have it), but as stated “Tarot card” troops are ONLY available as a random drop from Cedric Sparklesack in a Gnome Vault battle (which requires a Vault Key to access).
The probability of receiving a Tarot Card troop generally is stated to be 10%, but the chance of receiving any specific troop is is diluted by the size of the drop pool (which, IIRC, stands at 23 cards currently).
