What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
This is simply what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Example:
I used an event key to open a chest, but the game lagged for a while and then my gem total dropped from 474 to 459, as if I had bought the chest with 15 gems instead of the key. I did receive the troop from the chest, but I lost both the key (expected) and the 15 gems (not expected).
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
The server has been lagging and showing error messages all day, but this is the first time I actually lost resources.
Steps to make it happen again
I think the server lag had a lot to do with causing this bug. I hope it doesn’t happen again.
Would it be possible to get the gems back? I would really appreciate that.
