What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
I was trying to use my vault key and the game timed out instead. I lost my vault key.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I have lost 2 vault keys this way and it is always after a new update.
Steps to make it happen again
Loading anything since the update has made it freeze and lose whatever I was trying to do, including treasure maps. Also, clicking on news and events to collect my event prizes will immediately freeze my game. (Started happening yesterday before the update and has continued)
