I bought the library pass yesterday but after logging in its saying that I need to buy it again. Im not paying for something twice and it seems you’ve taken the rewards from me. Are they going to be mailed back or am I getting a refund?

Also yesterday I got an orb of power from tower rewards replaced my a blue orb. Am I going to get compensated for that too? This is a joke honestly. Plus I finished bounty and have to do that all over again too, well you can stick that where the sun don’t shine

I recieced an in game mail Library compensation rewards on March 20, 2026. I logged on March 21,2026. Everything I received was gone as well as the in game mail. Anyone else have this happen?

Everyone had this happen. They rolled back the entire day. The mail was not supposed to be sent until Monday and was extremely wrong in what it gave.
From main thread regarding rollback:
“Any purchases made today that are affected by the rollback will be manually compensated through Customer Service. Additional cleanup will still be required after the rollback and may take a few more days.”
