How is possible, some offer on Ps4/5 not able offer gems(because Sony i know) and some offers include new ones gems included??
Here actual offer with gems on playstation 
but @Jeto say it’s not possible,you got gem keys.
I don’t understand how it’s possible here and other offers not

Is Sony restriction still valid or something change?
