Well, sure as hell say I wouldn’t say bored with, but I do like switching things up! I am currently running out of flavor with my pvp teams, and yes I need some help with suggestions.
Any good solid teams out there that I may be missing or not thinking of?
Fast, fun, and can win would be preferred!

Include Mongo in a team. It switches things up for sure!
I recently built a team that uses a few of those ‘either or’ troops for some extra fun. 
Riv, well i’m always running back to dragon soul it seems, something in that nature!
I have seen a few in defense before and seems pretty fun! Might give it a whirl!
The team I got is:
Obsidian Golem/Behemoth (depending on their lead troop)
Nobend Brothers
Gog and Gud
Mongo
Mongo buffing magic is great, when it happens!!
I probably wouldn’t recommend for 3 trophy fights I normally got for the 1 or 2. But I do use it in explore @Warlord 4 with success.
