[Known Issue] Unable to purchase the Exalted Pass+

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Expecting to see a price and to be able to click on the price button to purchase it. The Botton is blank and I can’t click on it.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Since 7.1 update

Steps to make it happen again
click on the Exalted Path the the Hero Level section then click on Purchase Pass+

Exact same issue on PS4.

Hey all,
Believe this icon being blank is linked to the new Sony purchases have yet to be passed and pushed to live.
But in the meantime, there are some offers on Sony that are unavailable and as soon as we have more information back from Sony, we will update this article.
