[known issue] Text description does not display

Cannot attach the editor keeps displaying error message

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
The text does not display in some areas, such as

  1. text description when playing delves, then the merchant, angel, or demons pop-up.
  2. number of levels in the campaign section
  3. hint text

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It happens every time since I updated to patch 9.0.0

Steps to make it happen again
Open the mentioned menu section and the text will not display.
