today i have 0 region with gold mark bonus.
I shoukd have 3 regions with gold mark bonus for winning the alliance war yesterday.

I think yes 99,99% maybe not 0.01%

It’s happened to me too. 
I get caught up in doing my monolith battles, my raven/sigil battles and then forget to go back to citadel.
Citadel battles, regions with gold marks and valhawks should have been added to the adventure board. (Maybe a “third row” below the adventure board battles)
There are just too many menus, double checking and confusion sometimes, and it’s only natural to forget some things every now and then. “I guess I forgot to do my citadel battles and other stuff, maybe because I don’t care or forgot.” They said they’re working on reducing the workload, but I will believe it when I see it.
If you complete any battles in PvP, in a region that has an active Gold Mark bonus and you do not receive them upon completing the 5th battle - submit a ticket and I can investigate for you.
These are issues I have reported to the team
- The Gold Mark region bonus does not display on the map, but does reward Gold Marks
- The Gold Mark region bonus does not display on the map, and doesn’t reward Gold Marks
- The Gold Mark region bonus does display on the map, but does not reward Gold Marks
It’s been really inconsistent, had a few tickets from players who have had it happen only once, and others who often don’t see the bonus on the map and don’t get the marks.
Been actively chasing this up as well to try and get any ETA on when it will be fixed.
I need to investigate each ticket reported, as there has been some tickets in the past where a player has just mistaken which Gold Mark Region should be active. So, they played battles in the region where they wouldn’t get Gold Marks either way - likely cos the bonus was not displaying on the map

I cant see any bonus on the map in mine, so youre saying to play all regions and see if they will reward gold marks or play the silver ones and see if the reward is gold?
The issue is that on some days, no gold mark region seems to be apparent.
If you’re sure you completed the Citadel battles the prior day (and it is not Monday or Thursday….as Sunday and Wednesday have no citadel battles) then the trick to reveal them is as follows…..
Complete the 5 battles at one of the regions marked with the orange icon (see image below)….once you complete the 5 battles and get awarded the silver marks, then the gold mark regions, identified with orange markers, will appear.

That is true. Sometimes the sliver marked bonus region will overlap the gold marks because they use the same orange lantern icon. Maybe there needs to be a silver or gold lantern in pvp to clearly show what rewards can be collected.
I also learned to never try to collect gold marks right after reset and always wait about half an hour for the gold mark regions to show up.

This is something I have passed on, to make it very clear which bonus is active. So players know if they have or have not completed the first 5 Silver Gold Mark battles.
Exactly this.. also when it is, they are sometimes not rewarded.
The process to investigate if a player has completed these 5 Silver battles, before then completing the 5 gold ones, and they are in the right region at the time AND in the winning Alliance from the Citadel War the day before.. is EXTENSIVE
So please, if you submit a ticket, be sure you did complete all of these things first.. and include your invite code!

I’ve never seen this. Instead, as per my post above, it is because the gold mark regions are sometimes hidden/masked by a bonus silver mark option (which may not always be at the same location) which you need to do first. I suspect people think they missed out because they didn’t first reveal the gold mark regions.
For players…see my post above for the solution until this is fixed (don’t hold your breath)
For CX / Developers - you need to find a way for the Gold Mark regions not to be masked/hidden or be gated behind bonus Silver Mark regions. Perhaps it is when it is carried over from the prior days(s)

I did all that was recommended above and played 6 Silver Icons and got silver every time. I wven did the same location twice and got silver both times. How do we submit a ticket? Its been a long time since I have lol
You need to have completed all 5 battles, in one Silver Mark region - confirming you haven’t completed 2 in one region, 3 in another and 1 in the last region that’s active.
If you have completed 5 battles in the same region > collected your silver marks > then completed 5 further battles in the same region once it should reward Gold marks and only then did not get anything, you can submit a ticket here.

Nothing to deal with this,
there is no silver or gold mark region in the 3 regions they should be.
And if later a silver mark pop up in the right region, even if you do your 5 battles again and again in this region you gain only 25 silver marks.

I generally have to restart the game for the gold marks bonus to appear on the map. This has been going on for ever. Yesterday (Wednesday) I had to restart THREE times before they appeared.
I very much doubt it only happens to me.
