[KNOWN ISSUE] Problem with smile icons in icon menu and chats

iOS, iPad Pro 2 (12.9”), iOS 15.3.1

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Instead of icons in chat and icons menu I see light brown rectangles (no images in icons but just light brown background)

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I noticed this bug about a week ago. At that time I installed Gems of War upgrade from the App Store but I’m not sure if this upgrade caused problem.

Steps to make it happen again
This problem exists from the time I first noticed it and it never disappeared.

What I tried to do to fix problem

  1. Download all resources
  2. Restart Gems of War
  3. Restart iPad
  4. Delete and install Gems of War

Nothing helped to resolve this bug

Already posted can check existing bug reports using the filters it helps to minimize duplicate posts by posting within the existing thread.

It’s been over a month with this. It should have been fixed 2 weeks after the last patch came out, allowing for iOS’s schedule limitations. Can we get an update on this?
