What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Expected Immortal Caprichor to hit 4 enemies, per the spell description. It hit 3 instead.
I was also hoping that this bug would be fixed with the latest update. No luck.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Happens with every immortal that hits multiple times, since they were introduced.
Steps to make it happen again
Use Immortal Caprichor’s spell in any game mode. It seems that the bug is triggered when any of the enemies die from the spell’s damage.

I don’t think every multiple hitting Immortal has the problem. I’ve never noticed it happen with Glaycia, Selene or Ang’Rak (who hit normally, not splash damage).
It happens very frequently with Raqiyah though, who does splash damage, and it’s incredibly annoying when the dropped hit(s) would have finished the enemy team.

Ah yes, you’re right. The splash damage seems to be the common factor. I’ve also seen it happen with Immortal Terra.
Is it 4 random enemies? I can’t look right now to be sure. In your video, the Immortal hits 4 times from what I can see. Twice on one enemy.

I don’t tend to use Caprichor. Raqiyah got fixed quite a while ago, I use her a lot.
