How do you get immortal furnax, through burning chests?

Hey, unfortunately this is a known issue that is unable to be resolved until 8.4 as it’s a client update so requires a new game version and the full store submission process to fix.
We published a known issue article around/before the new season started here if you want to be notified about it’s status but it should just be resolved in 8.4 so maybe no need to follow the article - up to you!
