[Reported] Potion gems can grant first turn to AI

We’re still waiting on a fix for the Campaign task “Skip” button not working. 5 and a half Campaigns and counting. If it doesn’t affect the “economy” it goes to the bottom of the totem pole. Reminder that for the first 4 years of IP2 being acquired by Digital Bros, they get paid depending on how well GoW does financially.
