I was playing the game and GW Hard Crashed at Palace when inspecting an evil dragon troop I did not recognize. It took me to the dashboard with no waring or message. Really? I did not even take a turn. It shows me 4 and 0, but I cannot redo the 5th fight. This cost our team at least 550 points. Why was GW not delayed during an update week. Why did not this get tested. Just cancel GW. It is a joke.

Its a known glitch, from this update. The devs are working on it. It will crash, if you look at your hero traits as well. I did this in Gw’s too.. but on the guardian fight.. Not good when you’re the paragon

Why was there no message in the game when you login? Even so, altering behavior after many years is hard. It still makes 0 sense how this can even happen. I still think they should end the GW this week and push it to next or after the fix.
We have or are still working on getting sent a global mail out to everyone to let them know about this issue - last I was updated it was intended to go out yesterday to everyone on console.
It’s not possible to push out mail in the middle of the day, or we would have shared it as soon as we had reports.
I have not gotten any mail. Is it in game? Email? A splash screen message at login would be the most helpful.

Ok, I normally just hit x to collect everything. Maybe it needs to stand out more? Again, an splash screen message would be better. How often would someone expect a message from devs? I looked at the message, it says hero. I was looking at an evil dragon. The team did not have a hero. It was evil dragon, taka, taka, and an empowered. NOTE: I always have the Hero path Daily tasks and just hit collect all. It did not pop up on my screen.
It’s not in the mail tab where it’s collected with your other rewards, I can also see you collected it individually.
But either way, at the moment this is the fastest way to get that information out to players. We don’t have an easy system to have in-game messages like our server alerts, which is automated.
Even if I read it an understood it. Which it was like whatever. It mentions hero and this was not a hero team. I was checking an evil dragon because it’s not a common troop in GW. Especially at the palace. It was not the one that silences because it did not have the eyes, So, I had to see what it does. Can you fix my 5th battle? I am 4-0 but shows 5 battles. We are losing by 200 pnts.
