What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I used to be able to scroll the map by dragging my finger, and zoom in and out with two fingers. This doesn’t work at all since updating to 9.1.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It started with 9.1.
Steps to make it happen again
It seems to be all the time. The only workaround is to touch a kingdom/faction which tries to center it in the map.
