Magic kingdoms are the most important to upgrade. People might say that you need to “balance out” all of the kingdoms, so that you don’t waste deed books, but here’s the thing…
We have an 1 extra Red and Brown kingdom, along with random deed books from the PvP shop, so it doesn’t really matter. Stressing over specific kingdoms and deed books causes unwanted stress. You just have to make the most use of what deed books you are given.
Magic>>Attack>>Armor>>Life
Try to always have at least 3,000 writz to max out kingdoms when they are close to level 20. Always upgrade kingdoms from 15>>16>>18>>20.
Try to buy imperial deeds with gems whenever you can. Deed books from the PvP shop outpace the number you get and people forget about this.

Yea only issue is now.
That the actual dragon kingdom.
Is 3rd best dragon kingdom, behind fox and wild gem kingdoms .

I just got my 1st to 20/30 today too.

I’ve got three kingdoms at 20/30.
Of the other 35 kingdoms, I have 34 of them at Kingdom Level 18; only Dhrak-Zum is still at 16. (For some reason, I forgot to upgrade it on those occasions I’ve had the Books of Deeds even though Drifting Sands is one of my 20/30 spots.)
And I’ve managed to do all of this while still being VIP-0.

16 currently. Waiting on a few red and purple books for Wild Plains and either Silverglade or Blighted Lands next.

Halfway there!
Waiting on a few Green, Red, Brown books to upgrade more.
Imperial deeds are more of a blocker now despite getting 2 from underspire per week (lantern on 2nd boss room) plus any that pop up in daily plunder. I could craft more in soulforge but because writs are so scarse I don’t want to be in a situation where I need to craft a few deeds to make a book and be short of them.
Starting to use PVP shop to purchase imperial deeds using gold marks once I have enough books saved for upgrading a kingdom to PL20
