Now that the bug portion of the report is heavily stated by myself and others.
In regards to the feature request that you feel like was made.
Why do kingdom offers help exist if there are no plans to help players at all levels? Seems strange to help a portion of players but not all players.
If the intention is to bottle neck me into paying real money for deeds. I assure you the inverse has happened. I have stopped paying for things like campaign passes due to deeds being time gated. If I have to wait a year from the campaign date for the troop to become available then so be it. Because of design flaws in the game it could easily be 2 years before I have enough book of deeds to upgrade the kingdom anyway. 98% of the troops exist in the game as a resource for kingdom upgrades so why spend real money?
What frustrates me about 99% of the offers made in the game is your team doesnāt answer the simple question ofā¦ Why would someone buy this?
As much as thatās a conclusive answer, it stands in stark contrast to Writs, Deeds (even Books) occasionally showing up for free as Adventure Board tasks. Why not offer the same resources as a Gem purchase?
This, however, implies there could still be a legitimate bug in the design, because if the game tries to pick not just a Kingdom that a player could progress but one of the specific criteria for its Power progression, and one of them (books/deeds) simply does not have an offer available, why does the game pick an offer that is literally useless for the selected Kingdom? Providing a bad offer actually hits worse than providing no offer at all.
Thier should actually be a dedicated deed or book every single day and it barely happens. If you buy every single deed from the merchant youāll never catch up to pace of what the GoW submits new troops.
Here are my wishes
Have a dedicated deed in the kingdom daily ( keys are not one them, see above for great answers why. )
Have the deeds range in thier scarcity to obtain imperial deeds
Lower the threshold to obtain gold marks to buy book deeds.
Lower the price to buy book deeds to a better value.
Have Monthly or by free resets on the soulforge. ( we havenāt had one in a very long time yet our text still says we have them available to get, another topic. )
Just sit and think about all the troops your dropping vs no deeds! vs some sections that are already at 30, what now?
We are starving for deeds please fix this thanks. And thanks for the OP for letting me post this
I hope the same people pointing out the flaws of the kingdom offers arent the same people buying the home alone mythic for gold marks and dragonite. Better buy those books
Welp, recently Iāve received my first legitimately-useless Kingdom offer.
I have Leonis Empire at Power 23.
To reach Power 24 I mainly need 10 Kingdom Weapons fully upgraded (I have 9).
The problem is ā¦ I only have 9 Leonis Empire weapons to begin with. I donāt need Ingots, I need to obtain/craft more Weapons. I need colored Jewels and Celestial Traitstones. Oh, and a Leonis Empire kingdom week to craft them in.
BUT.
At the same time, I have yet to see a single Kingdom Troop offer be similarly (objectively) useless. Say I have 16 Troops for a specific Kingdom that are eligible to appear in a Troop offer (base Epic or lower, non-Faction), 14 of which I have already ascended to Mythic and the remaining two are just waiting on more cards to reach that final Ascension threshold. If a Kingdom Troop offer appears, it ALWAYS successfully selects one of those Troops that still need more copies.
So this prompts the question ā¦ if the Troops offer works correctly, why does the Weapon offer seemingly NOT?
I think, the next time Iām able to acquire a Weapon for a Power objective I will hold off on upgrading it for awhile, just to check which offers pop up relevant to it.
You can get offered that troop offer for a troop you already have at mythic to āhelpā you get the objective of medalling a certain number of troops to a specified Elite level. The offer is completely useless in that context.
Right, and we assume this is NOT a case where you recently Ascended said Troop and the offer was generated before that happened.
My inference so far is that if it picks a Troop upgrade offer generally, then it seems to intentionally select a Troop that you have not fully Ascended, if one exists. If not, then (a) congratulations for having all your Troops ascended, but (b) it is a problem that the game still runs with that Offer anyway.
