What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
All my kingdoms were level 10 as of last night. 22 of my kingdoms are no longer lvl 10.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
No steps, just happened.

Have you tried a restart? What platform are you on? Steam, android, or ios? Maybe an uninstall/reinstall would help. NOTE: make sure you link your account before uninstall/reinstall. If you are unsure how to likn your account there are many ppl here who will help
I had this happen to me as well. and restarting the game doesn’t work. and its across all platforms.
My partner and I were seeing this on our Kingdoms last night (about 10 hours ago) on PC.
I logged in this morning and most of them had reset to the values they had at the start of the previous week. That still means I’ve lost the 60,000 gold or so of progress that I made over the past week, but it’s not quite as bad as it was.
Same issue here, all of my kingdoms were level 10, now only 2, rest is 1-9
