What you were expecting to happen, and what actually

Key board has major delay when trying to type. Sometimes opening and bringing up nothing.

Closing the keyboard and reopening usually helps.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Been reported by guildies and experienced by myself for atleast 1 month now, perhaps longer.

I’m surprised no one has yet complained.

Steps to make it happen

Open anything that uses the keyboard.

Chat

Search

Etc

  • Do you use a wireless keyboard?
  • Have you recently updated your keyboard sotfware?
  • What are you playing on specifically?

Asking all these questions as it’s not reproduceable on my PC so far, and will need to be able to reproduce the issue or get a better idea of the cause before we can see if it’s a game issue and get a fix happening.

On mobile (android) so no wireless keyboard.

All guild members experiencing the same are also on mobile

We have not released any changes, especially as this was reported before 9.1 released.

What model device do you play on?

Samsung Galaxy A15

I can find out from the other members what their devices are and if they are still experiencing the same issue when they come online (US members) and (UAE members) im from South Africa, so doesn’t seem to be a regional thing

As I said in the op. This has been happening for at least a month, so not sure what’s caused it.

It Appears to have resolved itself? As of the 9.1 update.

As it stands the keyboard is working in all instances of it opening up in game.

Have confirmed with another member who also had the issue (US Amazon fire tablet) for 1 month, that it is now resolved.

Will await feedback from two other members, but as it stands, its resolved
