It is clear that the new company policy is: pay or you don’t advance. They have demonstrated this several times in the last year. I would suggest changing the category of the game to free to play with limitations.

But seriously - where is the 14th weapon???
Karakoth has been power blocked for ages now, due to being a weapon short, even if you own the money only one.
I’ve been getting lovely daily offers for ingots for months now. No sign of a new Karakoth weapon on the horizon

So they are just holding the Kingdom at power level 27 then? I don’t see a level increase on Taran’s.
It looks like an intentional blockage for that kingdom, right @devs ?
