The resources and guild war bonus you get from sentinels maxes out at 100.
well its comforting idea that they actually get to grow more past lv100 at all 
And also level of statues can’t go above 200 at the present time.

That’s just an “unreachable” place holder number.
Once (if) they add new bonuses for higher guardians, that number will come down…
