Where possible, I will continue to share 2 months at a time. But a reminder, everything is subject to change. So once this is shared, there is a change events may change before they go live and before I get to mention it.
July 3rd is a Friday. Meanwhile August 3rd is a Monday. Which is more in line with how I would interpret the phrase week of the 3rd. Should we expect the patch next week if there are no delays? (if so please don’t actually release on the 3rd, a Friday)
If you believe what’s posted on the spoiler sites such as the Taranium, the next two Faction Expansions are Stonesong Eyrie (in late July) and Amanithrax (in late August).
@Prisane it’s something I wanted to do, but I’ver been really swamped.. I am trying to get a little 6 month roadmap graphic made but it’s only really worth sharing if it’s got anything worth sharing.
If I get time to do another community survey, so it would include the past couple of updates, I will.. but at the moment it’s on hold
My guess would be at it’s peak Infiniti plus 2 only had 20-30 employees. But now 10-15. With 70% working on Puzzle Quest 3. 20% working on a next game or future projects. And 10% working on Gems of War.
I know all art is outsourced and they probably out source troop balance.
My issue is that used to out source mobile notifications. But then ended that contract thinking they could run it in house. They clearly can’t. But either the publisher or the 2 person dev team fail to see the impact of player retention loss due in part to mobile notifications.
Puzzle Quest 3 was basically the catalyst of a slow death to Gems of War. And the publisher is going to squeeze GoW of as much profit as it can while paying as little as possible to keep the lights on. So yes a 2 person dev team. And from the publishers perspective… We should be grateful that it’s not a 1 person dev team. But it will be in due time.
