I have all 10 crashers but only 5 rewards, is this normal. I cannot remember
10 crashers x 2 points each = 20 points.
5 points per level: 20 points = 4 levels
Start at level 1, +4 levels = level 5
Yes, working correctly, just kind of annoying to do the math since the rework.

when they reworked it they heavily condensed the reward cycle, it used to be like 6 weeks or something, now down to 2. Made it a lot better imo, but the points should have been reworked to make it more clear as well.
for sure, 5 crashers a day 1 reward per crasher
Before, 1 crasher = 1 point => 5 points = 1 reward => 10 points = 2 rewards
Now, 1 crasher = 2 points => 5 points = 1 reward => 20 points = 4 rewards
The first reward on kingdom pass is always free. So that’s why you got 5 rewards on the first day.
As Schaafy stated, there were a huge amount of complaints about kingdom pass being a 5 weeks event, so they changed to 2 weeks and increased the score to allow getting all rewards. The main difference is that before you could skip a few days and still achieve the last reward, now you barely can skip a day, specially if you are following the paid path.
