What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I am completing various tasks required for Kingdom advancement and it’s taking hours sometimes for it to be reflected so that I can receive the proper XP. Sometimes I can get the task to show complete if I redeem chests, but this is not consistent.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I would say this is happening about 50% of the time. I sent in a specific bug report, but no one replied.
Steps to make it happen again
The most recent occurrence is having completed the task to fully upgrade 11 weapons for the Midnight kingdom. The task bar is showing 10 of 11 done but when you click through to the task, all weapons are done. Interestingly, Gemologica can tell that the task is complete: it says I am due “600 XP from completed (unclaimed) tasks”. (I assume 600 vs. 300 because the next task is also done)
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way I can move this along? Thanks.
