What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
The tool bar [troops, hero, others ] should be shown in eam editor What are the steps to make it happen again?
When I open team editor someday, the tool bar disappeared.
It is not shown even if I restart the game.(Already ended game in multi task )

If you uninstall and reinstall the game that will fix the issue.
Make sure before you uninstall that iCloud for the game is on (so the game will be able to get it from the Cloud), or that you have linked your account (which is the safest way not to lose progress).
