[Investigating] Stuck on the logging in screen

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
When I login it gets stuck on this screen shown above and I have to restart the game.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It happens about 3 times before I can finally get into the game. It’s been happening for about 3 weeks.

Steps to make it happen again
It happens every time I start up the game. It takes a few tries to get through after restarting the game. Yesterday I got in on one try so I thought the update fixed it, but I’m having the same issue today.

Has anyone else had this issue?

No error messages, it just seems “stuck” about halfway through the meter?

Me personally, the only times I’ve had difficulty logging in were caused by (local) wi-fi outages, but in those cases the meter did not progress at all and I did receive an error message. Your case is different.

No error messages. Just stays on the screen. No connection/wifi issues either.

I’ve had that a few times. Restarting the console works for me. Hope it helps

My problem is it happens every time consistently. I have to restart at least 3 times every day for it to work.

Hello

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Gems of War.

Please also try clearing your Xbox cache.

I have done both of those things and nothing changed.
