Hello

Please try reinstalling Gems of War.

Please also try navigating to the Settings Menu, Graphics and scrolling all the way to the bottom to select the “Download all assets” button.

Please let me know how you go

The same on (NS) @Bramble !! BUT THAT IS SMALLEST PROBLEM AT THIS TIME… PLEASE GIVE US KUKULKAN THIS WEEK IN EVENT CHESTS!!! @Kafka

Hello

Please follow the same instructions as my previous comment above and let me know if this fixes things for you

no the game aint stuck on this … it was just a display bug during a loading screen, there’s no error code to give you and nothing you can actually do. I just shared it because it’s funny for all of us.

They won’t let you get Kukulkan before putting it in the Soulforge … That will be in about one or two years please be patient

Hello

Please confirm if this issue of white boxes is still ongoing in the loading screen? (After technical troubleshooting)

I only saw it once and took a screenshot to be able to make my guildmates laugh about it … But this game is in a very bad state right now if you ask me …
Devs should be ashamed of theirselves, really what does it look like ?

If this is still occuring for anyone after reinstalling and clearing your console cache, can you let us know so we can continue investigating?

Also, confirm if it is only happening in the loading screen or if your troop cards are also missing the art or else where in the game…

If not then we can close this thread and move on to investigating other issues.

Happens to me sometimes on android. I just ignore it as it’s a loading screen.

clearing my console cache ? Are you even serious ? There’s no easy way to do this on a Playstation 4 or 5, so I’ll take it as if you were telling me ‘‘hey please reset your console to factory settings, with hard drive formating and stuff’’ which I will OBVIOUSLY NOT DO …
(In my Troops and Units menu the card will display its artwork properly, no problem)

Turn off, unplug, wait 60 seconds, plug back in and switch on.

Clearing your cache on PS4

  1. Open the Settings menu
  2. Select Manage saved application data
  3. Select Saved data in system storage
  4. Select Delete
  5. Choose the game you want to clear the cache for
  6. Select the saved data files you want to delete
  7. Select Delete and OK

Clearing for PS5

  1. Hold the PS button on your controller.
  2. From the Power menu, select Turn Off PS5.
  3. Wait until the PS5 power indicator light shuts off.
  4. Press and hold the power button on the console until you hear a second beep to enter Safe Mode. Should only be about 7 seconds
  5. Connect your controller to the console using the USB cable
  6. Press the PS button.
  7. Navigate to the Clear Cache and Rebuild Database option using your controller.
  8. Select Clear System Software Cache. and then okay
  9. Wait for the console to restart on its own.

It will only clear unnecessary files, which could be corrupted.

This is standard troubleshooting we get everyone to go through to confirm they aren’t missing files, or are affected by corrupted files etc.
It is not the same process as factory resetting your console.

Yeah! This is a mini version, not sure how deep it clears

Completely turn off the game console without entering “Rest Mode.” Press the PS button on the controller to go to the Home screen, then select “Power” > “Turn off PS4” or press and hold the power button on the console. Wait until the indicator light stops flashing

Clears local cache data AFAIK. It’s definitely the first step to try, followed by the larger cache clear via the menu, if needed. Hopefully one of those steps helps.

this will just turn off the PS4, yeah just like any electric device, keeping the Power button pressed for 5seconds will turn it off …
‘‘Hello I.T … have you tried turning it off and on again ?’’
