Having constant freezing issues in gw, pvp and now playing explore. Just stuck on to battle menu, had to restart the game on each occasion. Im honestly getting sick to death of this game and the absolute clownery bugs that come with it. Its joke

In gw and pvp it was freezing mid battle and would be ok after a few seconds. In explore you have to actually restart the game. More “fixes” bring new bugs it seems

Xbox. I swapped controller and did about 6 runs explore and it didn’t freeze once. I swapped it back around and now its frozen again. Could my controller be causing soft locks? Im gonna test a bit more later, and if its the controller apologies in advance but woth so many glitches in this game i assumed the new update was at fault

I’ve had several citadel battles freeze on me recently. PlayStation.
Could be controller related bug. We have seen that before. Add your controller model type and Xbox version to the ticket

Another 40 battles and not one freeze, i had never heard of a controller bug before. Will test again but thank you very much for this reply, really helpful.
The one that seems to be causing the issue is official xbox controller, the replacement is an official one too

About 300 explores and no issues. Put other controller back in and having freezing issues once again. Really strange one there and not had anything like it before. Apologies to devs for earlier rant 
Confirming the invite code on your profile is the same as the one you are having this issue on?
Also, usual questions..
- Have you reinstalled, cleared your save data and relaunched?
- Are you using the same troops each time it happens? Or is there one troop in common, as you mentioned Guild Wars AND PvP
Check controller software version of both. They might differ and one of them having issues with the game.
