[investigating] Entering Troops Menu Sometimes Crashes Game

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Entering the Troops menu directly after completing a Pet Rescue occasionally crashes the game.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I’ve only had it happen right after completing a Pet Rescue, when entering the Troops menu. I normally do so in order to trade surplus copies of the pet for pet food. Once in a while, the Troops menu doesn’t load, and the game crashes to Xbox Home. It doesn’t usually crash, but it has several times for me now.

Steps to make it happen again
Complete a Pet Rescue. Go to Troops. It only crashes occasionally.

If you are able to grab a video that would be awesome. You can retroactively record on console, so you don’t need to record every single battle.

I don’t know how to post Xbox recordings here. Also, I’m not sure the retroactive recording feature works after a crash.

It should record the past 30 seconds of gameplay, no matter what - you would need to download the clip on via your profile from their website, then upload here
