I’d like to see the new map, please.

All the time.

Steps to make it happen again
Play the new faction assault event on Android for more than 2 seconds.

Have you already reinstalled Gems of War on your device and do you have all assets downloaded?

Yes. Not a problem on PC, only on Android. Every. Time.
