Is it too late to suggest for the Scaleguard Protector weapon to summon the troop first and then grant a random status effect to all Naga?

The other weapons like arboreal crystal seem to all work the same way. Grant status effect and then summon. I think it is intentionally like this. Summoning a brand new troop can be annoying enough when facing these weapons imagine if it came starting off with a barrier or enchant. You could likewise suggest it summon a troop give status effects and then explode gems. I think the balance is fine where it is honestly
