I think he actually quit playing, I think I just yelled at dead space haha.
Good enough for me. If it really did impact everybody equally. Glad to see it fixed.

Thank you for looking into this! I was kind of confused at first, almost submitted another ticket. I could have spent all night trying to get the thing submitted. Glad i did not chose that haha

Understandable! It’s a critical feature. And you should be able to see updates when an agent responds to a ticket in your email inbox at least.
Any technical details you could share? Just curious, I’m really wondering what could have been causing the issue.
