In boss raid the troop in the first shot dies in the 1st 2 turns for no reason

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
This is simply what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Example:

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Was this a once-off bug or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen after doinga particular game mode?

Steps to make it happen again
Do you know how to make this happen? Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious!
Example: I lose once in the Arena.
I then exit to the world map.
I then tap on Broken Spire on the map and then tap Arena.
Broken Spire’s quest loads instead of the Arena

Nice try but you should put in some info beyond just the title.
However. I’ve often noticed exactly the same issue where the top troop will die on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd turn with my soul farming team during explore.

YES death will steal 2 life per turn but no enemies have 6 or so life when on warlord 2, with all kingdoms at level 10 and all except 7 or 8 at double kingdom bonus.
Even if I get TDS off on turn 2, the 11 to 20 ish damage never goes through shields… yet the top troop will die. (NO death hasn’t been cast so no deathmark)

Is it because you are using mang and bone naga reflects skull damage?

I realize that, but it sometimes happens before I get skulls.

It took me a while to figure out why my Mang was dying at random times, but finally realized this was it. Bone Naga’s 3rd trait.
