What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened: The button for retreat a battle (3 lines button) dont work since now several months and 3 or 4 updates have been released since this bug appeared but none of these updates have fixed this bug.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening? Always since a few months (5?)
It’s not just you. Some of us over on PS4 have had this issue for a while.
It’s been reported before. It’s an ongoing issue, which was added by one of their updates. They’ve acknowledged it, but shown no sign of fixing it, even though it’s a huge issue for many players. Unless players start reporting that it’s causing them to get something they shouldn’t have, the devs won’t treat it as a priority, and it’s just being thrown on the huge stack of other bugs we keep reporting that they haven’t fixed. Seriously, some bugs have been in the game for years, and the devs acknowledge them, then ignore them.
They have now started saying they plan to make bug fixes and QOL changes a priority, since the community is getting really annoyed at them for this, but so far we’re still waiting for them to fix stuff like this. Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon, but don’t hold your breath.
