Hi Adventurers,
On release of game update 8.0: Immortals, there was a bug which allowed Immortal Weapons to be upgraded using Mythic Ingots and Orbs of Ingots.
Immortal Weapons are only intended to be upgraded through levelling up your Immortal Troops.
We released a hotfix, game version 8.0.0.1 which resolved this issue.
As this hotfix is now available on all platforms, players who were able to upgrade their Immortal Weapons using Ingots and Orbs have had:
- Their Immortal Weapon restored to the correct level for their Immortal Troops’ level
- Their Mythic Ingots and Orbs of Ingots they used on the Immortal Weapons returned to their account.
If you were affected by this bug and have any issues with your account afterwards , please ensure you are playing game version 8.0.0.1 (you can see your game version at the bottom of the ingame settings menu), and if you are on this game version and still having an issue then please contact support.
