Why would I (or anyone) buy xp boosters if it will result in being docked Victory points in PvP?
I was already skipping the free xp boosters but I’m genuinely curious what the upside is to gaining levels quickly? The downside is quite clear.

Basically this post exists because the devs seem to “fix” things a lot faster that could result in lost revenue directly. Compared to indirect losses from player unhappiness.
