Ice Golem - Not applying freeze on skull damage

Ice Golem when traited out should apply freeze when doing skull damage - at least 3 times in a row it failed to apply the status affect on 3 different enemies in PvP. I checked to insure none of them were immune - none were (valk and alchemist were 2 of the 3)

I THINK it may not trigger when the golem is fully charged but MIGHT work otherwise (I believe I did see it apply the effect at least once)

What are the steps to make it happen again?

Just tried it, no issues on my side.

Wasn’t your Ice Golem just Stunned or Entangled?

No, did normal amounts of damage as well. I will try to replicate it a few more times and see if I can add any details.

OK - so no Entangle. What about Stun? What was the enemy line-up? Valkyries like to associate with Emperor Khorvash for example…
