I know other Guild mates are playing on PC but I cannot

log in and start playing, and getting the “ERROR our servers are currently experiencing difficulties. We’re working to fix the problem. Please wait a few minutes and restart the game”

What are the steps to make it happen again?

tried to log in 2-3 times an hour since 8am EST

So maybe submit a ticket (at https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/) - it seems to be an individual problem, maybe has sth to do with the account, not the connection.
Oh, important: do you have your account linked to another device? If so, is there the same error there?

not sure does it still apply for you but did you try to restart steam / check for steam/gow updates?

i think there was some cases where missing latest update would couse your game being unable to connect
