I didn't get seals for 2 perfect arena runs

I did 2 perfect arena runs (my boyfriend did 1) and we went to collect seals but didn’t get any. We didn’t have any losses. Please fix this! Thanks

Same thing here. I did 6 arena runs yesterday. Was saving up to cash in my seals all at once. I went to cash them in and got awarded for 48 battle wins but no seals for the arena runs.
