I bought the kingdom pass and I didn’t receive it using my credit card and I made the purchase 2 times because it gave an error the first time and I tried again being discounted on the purchase card. My plataform X Box one X.
This is beyond shame…
If your purchase hasn’t gone through then you should contact support directly with your receipt and invite code.
Just to clarify you don’t receive anything immediately from the purchase, just the VIP points. You can check if its active by checking the padlock has disappeared from the right hand side items in the pass trail.
