What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I Believe In A Higher Power is not unlocking as Kingdom Power Level no longer exists

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Following the 7.2 update

Is this now no longer unlockable? Is it yet another broken trophy/achievement to add to the list??

Looks like it. Should be straightforward enough to rework. If they do that, they should also rework the Paragon of War achievement as it’ll now be way harder to unlock in an established guild as the kingdom rework means there’ll be a bigger disparity in power between different members.
