So it’s a loop team…
Alchemist/Hellcat is a slightly better/more reliable loop as overall spell cost is less.

Its all fun and games until you get frozen by hitting the bone dragon with a forced skull take or cascade.
Agree. So put Mercy or something else off-colour on the front…
Or something Insulated/Impervious.

I prefer a team which does not even need skulls. I normally use Celestasia, Krys, TDS, Shadow Dragon

What on Earth does “control the board” mean in this game?
Mostly mana transformers (e.g. Valk., Alchemist) and, to lesser extent, gem removers (Krystenax, Treant) and spawners (Jarl, Bone Dragon). Using them you can guarantee extra turn or make it very likely and/or deny mana to the opponent.
This is the slowest version of the team I can make. For more speed, take Archer hero or Assassin hero in place of Khorvash.
Yes this is against a Rock Worm team, but this strategy doesn’t care at all what it’s up against, for the most part.
This was my team Pre-Kraken. Replace the Rockets with Kraken. Duh.
